Most workshop lines carry a minimum run of a few hundred pieces per design, and mixed homeware pallets can start lower because several lines travel together. Tell us the volume you have in mind and we will say honestly whether it fits a run. A small first order is welcome when a partner wants to test the quality before committing to a season.
Allow six to ten weeks from confirmed specification to dispatch for a standard seasonal line, plus the transit time for the shipping method you choose. Spring and winter lines close their booking windows earliest, so an enquiry sent two months ahead of the season gives the most room. Your coordinator will set the dates in writing at confirmation.
Yes. Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and the customs declaration are prepared by our own desk through the export paperwork service. A buyer receives one clean document set with the bill of lading, so clearing is straightforward and nothing is missing when the container arrives.
